THE BOOK OF JOSHUA covers, approximately, the years of B.C. 1530-1420.
Son of Nun, of Ephraim (1 Chronicles 7:27). Born about the time when Moses fled to Midian, he endured in youth the slave labor amidst Egyptian brick kilns. Probably, even in Egypt, Joshua was recognized as an officer among his brethren; for at his first public act, choosing and leading picked men of Israel against the attacking AMALEKITES at Rephidim: “Then came Amalek, and fought with Israel in Rephidim. And Moses said unto Joshua, Choose us out men, and go out, fight with Amalek: to morrow I will stand on the top of the hill with the rod of God in mine hand” (Exodus 17:8-9).

INTRODUCTION: Earlier, I sent you a Refresher (Aug. 15, 2017) titled PLAINER WORDS ONLINE …GOD SPOKE IN TIME PAST. I wanted to follow up with this study: “FUNDAMENTALS OF PRESENT TRUTH.” It is God’s Will that all of those who profess to be Bible Believers should know the FUNDAMENTALS OF PRESENT TRUTH.
 
The Apostle Peter was serious about those who obtained the like precious faith that he had obtained, and they had become established in it. He wrote to them in the following verses, even though they knew the Truth, and were firmly established in Present Truth for their Day and Era.

A significant reference to the ONE HOPE is found in Ephesians 1:18 where the Apostle Paul prays that the Christian may be given the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Jesus Christ; “that ye may know what is the HOPE of His calling.” There is no doubt, at all, that Paul has in mind no other than that of the “high calling” of the Mystery. There is One Hope for the One Body. In order for the believers to see [discern] the One Hope, they must have the One Spirit enlighten the “eyes of their understanding.” The Hope of this present calling is not, readily, “seen” or comprehended. To emphasize the point, Paul’s prayer will be placed before the reader:
 
“That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the HOPE of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints” (Eph.1:17-18).

Mayer Rothschild, the father of European Central Banking, said, “If I can control the money of a nation, I do not care who is in power.” Historically, he started five central banks in Europe. The name of Mayer Rothschild was used in our narrative concerning the Central Bank of Lydia.

Thomas Jefferson bitterly opposed a central bank all of his political career and said, “If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive people of their property until their children will wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.”

William Russell, an opium smuggler, founded the Skull and Bones Society in 1832. In order to rise in this Society, one had to participate in the “killing of a king.” Like father-like son,  Bush 43—George “W” just happened to be a member of the Satanic Skull and Bones Society while in college. Just as his father (Bush 41) had been.
 
“W” seemed to be a very likeable man and kind of an All-American guy inasmuch as he was, one time, the Managing Partner of the Texas Rangers Baseball organization in the  American League—my favorite baseball team.
